These Rules of Purchase regulate the relations between the COMPANY FOR TRADE "D.O.O. Balkanica ”Herceg Novi, PIB 03270165, address: Herceg Novi, 13 Jula br 5, (hereinafter referred to as the Merchant) and the buyer, (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer) regarding the use of the online store located at the web address: www.hobishop.me

Meaning of terms:

Consumer is a real person who buys, orders, receives, uses goods or services, including public services for non-business or non-professional purposes, or to whom an offer for goods or services has been sent;

A trader is a person who sells goods or provides services to consumers;

• The trader is responsible that the products intended for consumers are safe for the life and health of consumers and the environment, health and hygiene.

• Purchases can be made at any time. The order is processed during working days from 10:00 to 17:00. After receiving the order, the Consumer is sent an electronic notification via e-mail about the receipt of the order.

The consumer agrees to the following terms of use:

• The consumer who buys through this online store can only be a physically adult and fully capable person or a legal entity that operates properly;

• The consumer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided for the use of the online store, ie purchase;

• By using the online store, it is considered that the Consumer has given consent, ie that he has accepted these pre-contractual notices and conditions of use as an integral part of the consumer / sales contract.

• The consumer will not use other people's credit cards to purchase goods.

• The consumer voluntarily submits only the necessary, basic information to make a purchase in the online store. Registration is not required to make a purchase.

• The Merchant guarantees the full protection of the Consumer's privacy and will not illegally distribute consumer data or involve customers in marketing projects or campaigns without the consumer's permission.

• Payment by cash for currier

Ordering

• Products can be ordered in our online store located at the web address: www.hobishop.me

• Featured prices include VAT, expressed in euros (EUR).

• Each product has the correct name, color and item number.

• Prices are relevant on the day and time of the order, which is confirmed by electronic notification and invoice in .pdf format.

• The cost of delivery / delivery is borne by the Consumer.

Delivery

• Shipments are delivered via delivery service due 1-2 working days.

• The Merchant has the right to indicate the Name and Surname, postal address and telephone number of the Consumer on the delivered shipment.

Complaints

• Complaints due to the nature of the Product are accepted within 48 hours from the moment of taking over the shipment of the Consumer, if after receipt and opening of the shipment physical damage to the product is established. As soon as possible, call 069-219481, or send an e-mail with your details (name, surname, phone) to the address reklamacije@hobishop.me

• In case of return, the Product must be in the original packaging, undamaged and unused, with all accessories and accompanying documentation (warranty card, instructions, etc.). When returning the goods, the Consumer must not stick or write anything on the packaging, because such items will not be accepted by the Merchant for return.

• The consumer is responsible for the quality of the goods within the return period. The Merchant has the right to refuse a complaint and a fee for postal delivery in the event that the Product has been used, that it has been damaged during use, and if the original packaging has been lost or significantly damaged.

• In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, if on the basis of the complaint it is determined that the product contains defects, the Consumer has the opportunity to choose the way in which he will exercise his right to complaint, as follows:

-replacement of the product for a new product,

- to return the product with a refund of the amount paid for the product,

-to require the elimination of defects in the product,

-reduction of the price of the product in proportion to the shortage.

Refund

• In case of return of goods, refund to the Consumer who previously paid the bill, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, the Merchant is obliged to make a refund exclusively through a giro account, which means that the bank will refund at the request of the Merchant to the bank account of the Consumer in Montenegro. Refunds apply only to the Product, The cost of delivery / delivery is borne by the Consumer.
